Returns and exchange details
All of my pieces are made to order. 
Please ensure that the glass that you are purchasing will fit within your space before purchasing. Due to the high cost of shipping glass and the packaging requirements, I will not accept returns. If your item arrives damaged, contact me immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Shipping policies
Items will ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx in most cases. Items will be carefully wrapped, packed, and insured when shipped to ensure they arrive safely at your door. If expedited shipping is needed, contact me beforehand and we can make arrangements. Buyer will be responsible for extra charges.  

If you are interested in a custom order, please contact me with the specifics. Please allow 6-8 weeks to receive your custom item. If you have a large quantity or something that is more labor intensive, please allow for more time.
